We included a 4:1:1 BCAA blend to initiate muscle growth and stop catabolism in its tracks. A 4:1:1 blend means our BCAAs are higher in leucine, the primary amino acid to signal muscle growth. Creatine HCL is a bioavailable form of creatine included to increase strength and aid in proper ATP production. Unlike monohydrate, you retain less water with the HCL form of creatine. Beta-alanine is included for increased muscular endurance and to offset fatigue. Beta-alanine also helps with muscle soreness. Electrolytes are included for hydration, endurance and circulation. Taurine is included for its many roles including maintaining healthy mineral/electrolyte balance in muscle cells and the proper utilization of antioxidants. L-Glycine is included for improved insulin sensitivity, heart health, energy recovery and antioxidant production.
