Shipping policy

Expedited Premium Shipping and Handling up to $13.99 on all orders over $99.00

Expedited Premium Shipping and Handling up to $13.99 is provided on all orders over $99.00 before taxes. If any order exceeds the Expedited Premium Shipping and Handling amount of $13.99 you may be subject to additional shipping fees. Shipping amount is calculated when we key in your physical ship to address in Canada Post along with the weight and box size. We will contact you with your final shipping rate for your authorization before proceeding.  

What if your order is under $99.00? NO PROBLEM, all orders under $99.00 before taxes will be shipped out at our low premium shipping and handling fee of $9.99 for Local delivery. Rural addresses may be subject to additional fees once we key in your physical ship to address in Canada Post along with box size and weight. For any order that exceeds the $9.99 shipping and handling fee, you may be subject to additional shipping fees. We will contact you with your final shipping rate for your authorization before proceeding.

We only ship orders within Manitoba and parts of the Northwestern Ontario Region. We do not accept international orders. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

If your order is placed in an area we do not service, your order may be cancelled. For our Ontario customers, we service most areas between Manitoba and Thunder Bay. East of Thunder Bay, you may need to order from a city closer to you. Please choose your nearest city here.

Additional Shipping Information:
Daily order processing cut off time is 10:00am CST*. Orders placed after this time may be processed and shipped the next business day. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order pending any order discrepancies, larger volume days due to special sales or offers, weekends, statutory holidays and is within our normal business shipping hours Monday-Friday.

*NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse any order placed that has a destination postal code which is within our remote rural shipping regions, exceeds a weight, exceeds our maximum box size, has items that are fragile in nature or that may be subject to additional charges or special shipping requirements. If so, you will be contacted to discuss any additional expectations or charges.

LOCAL SAME DAY DELIVERY IF PURCHASED BY 10AM MONDAY - FRIDAY!

Any orders received before 10am Monday – Friday will be delivered the same day within Winnipeg, Brandon & Thunder Bay.  Orders received after 10am will be delivered the following day in those areas.  Any orders we receive on Saturday & Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday.  For out of town orders/rural areas, please refer to your Canada Post Tracking number for order delivery updates.

Free In-Store or Curbside Pickup

Free Pick-up In-Store or Curbside is available at all Winnipeg, Brandon and Thunder Bay Locations. Find Store Locations and Hours here.

You will receive an order confirmation letting you know your order is being prepared. Once ready, you will receive a follow up email informing you your order is ready for pickup along with contact information.

For Curbside Pick-Up, just call the store upon arrival at the location after you have received your finalized order email.

Please do not arrive at the store for your order until you have received confirmation either by email or phone that your order is ready.
